The Traditional Polish Naleśniki is my favorite Polish meal, because it is very easy to make and tastes really great. All of them are usually sweet and the flavor is incredible, but the nicest ones are with white cheese and cinnamon… ;)
Sweet Thin Naleśniki:
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup lukewarm water
• 2 large eggs
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted• 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
• Pinch salt
Filling:
• 200g white cheese
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 tablespoons cinnamon
• 10 tablespoons sugar
Method:
Method:
1. Put all the components in a bowl and mix everything carefully until the batter becomes like consistency on the picture.

2. Heat the pan and pour a little bit of oil or put a piece of fat from some bacon on it.

3. Pour the batter on the hot pan so that the bottom of it be covered on a thin layer.

4. When the upper surface of the naleśnik becomes dry turn it.
5. Fry other side of naleśnik for about one minute.

Although nale$niki aren't made my favourite Polish food, they can be really good. The best ones I ever ate were at a friend's house in Mielno last summer. She served them with fresh wild berries and they were delicious!
